1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DataDistill to:

  • Process content that is illegal under the laws of the United States, the European Union, or the jurisdiction where the content originated.
  • Process child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other exploitative content involving minors, in any form.
  • Facilitate trafficking in controlled substances, weapons, or humans.
  • Process personally identifying information for the purpose of surveillance, stalking, harassment, or targeting of individuals without their consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, weights, or architecture of our Service.
  • Benchmark the Service against competing products without our written consent.
  • Resell access to the Service without a written reseller agreement.
  • Use the Service in a manner that materially degrades service quality for other customers.

2. Content Standards

You are responsible for the content you submit to DataDistill and must have the legal right to process it. You may not submit content that you know or reasonably should know infringes the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

3. Rate Limits & Abuse

Each subscription tier has defined rate limits, published in our pricing documentation. Exceeding these limits triggers 429 responses — not account suspension. However, sustained attempts to bypass rate limits, evade billing, or flood the Service with adversarial input may result in suspension or termination.

4. Enforcement

We investigate reported violations and may take action including warnings, suspension, or termination of accounts. For minor or first-time violations, we typically issue a warning and request corrective action within 72 hours. For severe violations (CSAM, weapons trafficking, active fraud), we terminate immediately and may report to law enforcement.

5. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation, email abuse@datadistill.co. We review all reports within one business day. Reports made in good faith are protected from retaliation.
